01
Appointments & status
Scheduling, communication, and what to expect while your vehicle is here.
Is my car finished yet?
We will contact you when there is a meaningful update or when the vehicle is ready. If you have not heard from us, work is still in progress.
When can I bring my car?
Available times are shown on our appointment page.
Why can’t I get an appointment right away?
We limit the number of vehicles we accept so each one can be handled thoroughly. When the schedule is full, the next available appointment may be some time out.
Can I schedule an appointment online?
Yes. Appointments can be scheduled through our appointment page.
Why can’t the mechanic answer the phone right now?
Technicians stay focused on the vehicle while testing and repairing it. A direct consultation can be scheduled when needed.
Can I wait while my car is being serviced?
Yes. A waiting area is available while your vehicle is being serviced.
02
Diagnostics & estimates
How we approach unknown problems, repair estimates, and diagnostic work.
How much will it cost?
Repair estimates are available at no charge through our quote form. If the cause of the problem has not been established, diagnostic service is separate.
Why can’t you diagnose my car over the phone?
We can discuss symptoms over the phone, but diagnosis requires testing the vehicle. Different failures can produce similar symptoms, so the cause has to be verified before a repair is recommended.
Why do I have to pay for a diagnostic service?
Diagnostic work is skilled labor. It includes inspection, testing, specialized equipment, and the time required to identify and verify the cause of the problem.
Do you provide estimates before repairs?
Yes. Repair estimates are available through our quote form. Diagnostic work may be needed first when the cause of the problem is unknown.
How long will my repair take?
Repair time depends on the service required. Once the scope of work is known, we can provide an estimate of the time involved.
03
Service & shop policies
Services, warranties, customer-supplied parts, and other shop policies.
What services do you offer?
We perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across major vehicle systems, including oil changes, brake repair, tire rotations, and engine diagnostics. See the services page for more information.
Do you offer warranties on your services?
We match the manufacturer warranty on parts we install. If the manufacturer covers a part for one year, we match the labor warranty for one year.
Can I provide my own parts?
Yes. Customer-supplied parts carry no labor warranty, and labor must be paid before work begins.
Do you offer mobile services?
Roadside and mobile service options are being added. Until those services are available, repairs and maintenance are performed at the shop.
